We started Pensive after watching importers, hauliers and forwarders buy cargo cover they didn’t understand — policies with gaps at the handover points, limits that didn’t match the load, and claims that dragged on for months.
So we built a broker around three things: deep knowledge of how goods move, access to specialist insurers and underwriters, and claims handlers who pick up the phone when a container is damaged or a truck goes missing.
