Pensive Insurance Agent ("Pensive") collects only the information needed to arrange, place and service your insurance and to help with your claims. This includes details you provide about your business, shipments and loans, information from credit reference agencies where permitted by law, and data generated when you use our apps.

We never sell your personal information. We share it only with the insurers and underwriters you ask us to approach or place cover with, surveyors and service providers bound by strict confidentiality obligations, and regulators or law enforcement when legally required.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time from your account settings or by contacting our privacy team.

By using Pensive's websites and apps you agree to these terms. Quotes and indicative rates are estimates based on the information you provide and become binding only when an insurer accepts the risk, a cover note or policy is issued and premium is paid.

Your insurance contract is between you and the issuing insurance company and is governed by its policy documents, which control in the event of any conflict with information on this site.

You may cancel a policy at any time. Any refund of unused premium is made by your insurer under the policy terms, subject to any minimum premium; Pensive never charges cancellation fees.

Pensive is committed to making our products usable by everyone. We design and test against WCAG 2.2 AA guidelines, support screen readers and keyboard navigation, and respect reduced-motion preferences.

Pensive Insurance Agent is a licensed independent insurance agency and broker. Policies are underwritten and issued by the unaffiliated insurance companies we represent, which are responsible for coverage decisions and claim payments. Licensing details are available on request.

Pensive is compensated by insurers through commissions, which may vary by insurer and product. This compensation is included in your premium and does not increase your price. Details are available on request.
